• Christmas and New Year 10% Surcharge will be applicable
• 2.58% Service Tax will be charged extra on the Deccan Odyssey Tariff
• Subject to availability at the above-mentioned rates will be given to any leg of minimum of 3 nights for the sector Mumbai-Goa and Goa-Mumbai
• Minimum 3 Nights between Mumbai-Goa and Goa-Mumbai will be allowed to travel on the tariff rate subject to availability
• Goa & Mumbai day programme if the client wish to take part USD 100 Per Person will be charged extra
• Indian Passengers at the time of reservation can pay equivalent Rupee amount on the prevailing exchange rate
• Without prior notice tariff is subject to change

Tariff Includes
Your 7 Nights travel, accommodation, all meals with morning and evening tea, deluxe coaches for sightseeing, cultural entertainment and entrance for monuments and historical places are included

Tariff Does Not Include
Your personal expenses like liquor, laundry, entrances video cameras are excluded

Ticket - Payment Option Deccan Odyssey

• 20% of ticket value at the time of booking for FIT
• 80% of ticket value 30 days prior to departure for FIT
• 50% of ticket value at the time of booking for GIT
• 50% of ticket value 45 days prior to departure for GIT

Ticket Cancellation on Deccan Odyssey

(a)In Case of FITS
60 days prior to departure, 5% of ticket value will be deducted
30-59 days prior to departure 20% of ticket value
50% of ticket value 15-29 days prior to departure
Less then 14 days prior to departure 100% of ticket value

(b) In Case of Group and charter
10% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
100% of ticket value between 0 to 59 days prior to departure
